

I’ve always been passionate about growth, healing, and helping others feel seen. My journey has taught me how important it is to heal from within — to let go of what I’ve carried, including the ways I’ve criticized myself. I’ve learned that self-forgiveness is a powerful part of moving forward and finding the love we often search for in others, within ourselves.
I hold a Diploma in Wellness Counselling and a Certificate in Life Coaching. While I’m not a registered counselor, I offer support through heart-led coaching, rooted in compassion, intuition, and lived experience.
To me, coaching is about walking beside someone, not to fix or advise, but to hold space, ask meaningful questions, and help you reconnect with your inner voice. It’s a supportive relationship where you can feel safe to be honest, reflect deeply, and grow at your own pace.
Through both coaching and writing, I hope to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and reminded that you’re never alone on your healing path.
